教育部连续出台关于教师教育课程标准和推进课程改革的文件,给传统师范院校的专业建设带来了机遇与挑战,适时寻求改革的对策已成为各师范院校的当务之急。面对新形势和新政策,教师教育专业理应进一步明确定位,切实加强与中小学的合作,大胆创新人才培养模式,全面优化课程体系,不断强化实践教学,切实提升专业人才培养质量,努力打造师范院校的教师教育品牌。

With the MOE＇s successive issuing of a series of documents on the curriculum standards and curricular reform advancement for teacher education, there have been both opportunities and challenges for the specialty construction for the traditional normal colle- ges, which becomes the top priority for the normal universities and colleges to seek countermeasures of its reforms. Facing the new sit- uations and policies, teacher education specialty should further make a clear position, to strengthen the cooperation with primary and secondary schools, to make bold innovations for talent cultivating mode, to comprehensively optimize curriculum system, to continuous- ly enhance practical teaching, to surely upgrade specialty talent cultivation qualities, so we strive to create brands for teacher education at normal colleges.
