摘要
随着教育的发展,教师的角色应该转变为反思性的实践者,因为,反思性预示着教改的方向,也是教育活动本质的外在表现,更是教师成长的必备条件。因此,在教育理论、思想理念、自我评价和实践层面应采取有针对性的措施,以期契合反思性在教育发展和教师成长的应有之意,并且让反思性成为教师发展的新常态。
With the development of education, the teacher should changed into the reflective practitioners, because the reflection indi- cates the direetion for the education reform, and the external performance of the essence of edueational activities, which is necessary condition for the teachers growth. We should take measures in the education theory, ideology, self evaluation and teaching practice to agree with the development of the reflection education in and the growth of teachers so the refective teaching becomes the new normal of the teacher' s practice.
