EV71感染手足口病患儿血清IL-6、TNF-α水平的检测及临床意义 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨肠道病毒71型(EV71)感染手足口病(HFMD)患儿血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的检测及临床意义。方法将146例EV71感染的手足口病患儿分为普通组、重症组和危重症组3组,同时以健康儿童作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)双抗体夹心法测定同期不同组儿童血清IL-6、TNF-α的含量,并进行统计学分析。结果手足口病3组与对照组比较,IL-6和TNF-α都增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而手足口病3组之间比较,随着病情的加重,此两项指标的水平也不断增高,差异都具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-6和TNF-α参与了EV71感染所致的手足口病发病的病理生理过程,并与疾病的严重程度有关,临床检测对预测病情、治疗及预后评估有一定的临床参考价值!。 Objective To investigate detection and clinical significance of serum levels of interleukin- 6( IL- 6) and tumor necrosis factor- α( TNF- α) in children with Hand Foot and Mouth Disease( HFMD) infected by Enterovirus 71( EV71). Methods A total of 146 cases of children with HFMD infected by EV71 were respectively divided into three groups- the common group,the severe group and the critical group,meanwhile,healthy children were taken as a control group. The serum levels of IL- 6 and TNF- α of children in diffident groups were detected by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA),and were analyzed statistically.Results Compared the detected results with control group,the levels of IL- 6 and IFN- α in three groups of HFMD were significantly increased,all the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Moreover,compared with the three groups of HFMD,the levels of two indicators were also increased as the disease becoming worse,all the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05).Conclusion IL- 6 and TNF- α are involved in the pathogenesis of EV71 infection induced HFMD,and related to the severity of the disease. Clinical detecting has certain referable clinical value to predict disease,treatment and prognosis assessment.
