糖皮质激素在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病治疗中的选择与应用

The Selection and Application of Glucocorticoids in the Treatment of Utoimmune Thyroid Disease

目的分析和研究糖皮质激素在自身免疫性甲状腺疾病治疗中的选择与应用。方法选取2011年6月至2013年4月自身免疫性甲状腺疾病患者81例,使用糖皮质激素治疗,将其治疗方法与效果进行回顾性的分析与总结。结果患者治疗后的甲状腺肿体积明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。患者治疗后的甲状腺过氧化酶抗体、甲状腺功能检测指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论将糖皮质激素应用于自身免疫性甲状腺疾病患者的治疗中,能够有效控制患者的临床症状与体征,改善患者的甲状腺功能,降低其抗甲状腺自身的抗体水平值,是一种比较有效、安全、价廉的治疗方法,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To analyze and study the selection and application of glucocorticoids in autoimmune thyroid disease.Methods From June 2011 to April 2013,81 patients with autoimmune thyroid disease were treated with glucocorticoids,the methods and effect of which were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results Thyroid volume of patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Thyroid peroxidase antibodies and thyroid functioned better than the status before treatment,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The use of glucocorticoids in patients with autoimmune thyroid disease can effectively control the clinical symptoms and signs,improve thyroid function,and lower its own anti-thyroid antibody level. It is an effective,safe,inexpensive treatment worthy of clinical application and promotion.
