62例腹腔镜下胃旁路术治疗2型糖尿病患者的围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing of 62 Cases in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes by Laparoscopic Roux- en- Y Gastric Bypass

目的观察2型糖尿病患者腹腔镜下胃旁路术围手术期治疗前后护理干预的效果。方法选取我院2型糖尿病行腹腔镜下胃旁路手术治疗患者62例为观察对象,记录患者术前、术后1、3、6月的体重指数、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白变化情况,做好围手术期准备。结果术后患者的BMI、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白均较术前有明显改善(P<0.05),随访满6个月停药组患者病程、BMI指数较未停药组有统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论良好的围手术期护理,是2型糖尿病腹腔镜胃旁路术治疗患者康复的重要措施。

Objective To observe the effect of perioperative nursing on the patients with type 2 diabetes who underwent laparoscopic Roux- en- Y gastric bypass. Methods 62 patients with type 2 diabetes underwent laparoscopic Roux- en- Y gastric bypass in our hospital were selected. Body mass index（ BMI）,fasting blood glucose and hemoglobin A1 c of the patients were recorded before and 1,3 and 6 months after operation respectively to prepare for perioperative period. Results The BMI,fasting blood glucose and hemoglobin A1 c after operation were dramatically improved compared with those before operation（ P〈0. 05）. In the follow- up study,it was found that there was in BMI a statistically significant difference between the group which stopped taking medicine in the 6th month after operation and the group that didn＇t（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Sound perioperative nursing is extremely crucial for type 2diabetes patients undergoing laparoscopic Roux- en- Y gastric bypass to recover.
