综合护理干预对肺癌患者康复的应用效果体会

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation of Patients with Lung Cancer

目的研究综合护理干预对肺癌患者康复的效果和临床价值。方法随机选取98例肺癌患者,将其分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行4个月的综合护理干预,以生活质量核心问卷评价患者康复时期生活质量,同时调查两组患者护理满意度。结果 (1)综合护理干预在肺癌患者的康复过程中效果明显。观察组患者经综合护理后各项指标有明显改善,尤其人际交往、子女关系、焦虑抑郁方面明显优于对照组;(2)观察组满意率达96.0%,对照组为75.0%,差异具有统计学意义。观察组患者满意和良好的例数显著高于对照组,一般的例数显著低于对照组,且无不满意的患者。结论综合护理干预有利于稳定肺癌患者的情绪,心理状态、人际关系均得到显著改善,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To study the rehabilitation effect and clinical value of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with lung cancer. Method 98 patients with lung cancer were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing,while those in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention for 4 months on the basis of the routine nursing. Life quality of patients was evaluated by questionnaire concerning core life quality. At the same time,nursing satisfaction of the two groups was investigated. Results（ 1） Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the rehabilitation process of patients with lung cancer was significant; and the indicators in the observation group improved obviously after comprehensive nursing. Interpersonal communication,family relationship,anxiety and depression were obviously better than that of the control group.（ 2） The satisfaction rate of observation group was 96%,while that of the control group was 75%,which were statistically significant. In the observation group,there were more cases of satisfaction and excellence than those of the control group,with no unsatisfactory cases. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is beneficial to the stabilityof the emotion of patients with lung cancer. Patients＇ mental status and interpersonal relations improve significantly. Comprehensive nursing intervention is worthy of clinical reference.
