摘要
为了探索人岗匹配度与员工工作绩效之间的关系以及工作满意度在二者关系中的中介作用.文中以312名IT员工为研究对象,运用多元回归方法进行实证分析.研究表明,高水平的人岗匹配度不但有助于提高工作满意度,还能提升员工工作绩效;工作满意度在人岗匹配度对任务绩效、适应性绩效的影响中起完全中介作用,在人岗匹配度与情境绩效之间起部分中介作用.
The paper aims to study the relationship between the personnel-post matching degree and job performance,and the mediating role of job satisfaction in their relationship.Three hundred and twelve IT employees participated in the study.Hierarchical regression was used to analyze the data.The result shows that two factors of personnel-post matching have significant influence on job satisfaction and job performance and that job satisfaction plays a fully-mediated role in the influence of the personnel-post matching on task performance and adaptive performance,and has partly-mediated effect on the relationship between personnel-post matching and contextual performance.
