双歧杆菌三联活菌散、蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果

Clinical effect of bifidobacterium triple viable and montmorillonite powder in treatment of infantile diarrhea

目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌散、蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法收集2013年10月~2014年6月本院门诊收治的腹泻患儿125例,均应用双歧杆菌三联活菌散、蒙脱石散治疗,将其作为实验组,选择同期应用乳酶生、复合维生素B治疗的125例腹泻患儿作为对照组,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果实验组大便异常、发热、腹痛、呕吐、腹泻消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组治疗总有效率为97.6%,高于对照组的83.2%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌散、蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻,止泻效果满意,值得临床借鉴、应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of bifidobacterium triple viable and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 125 cases of children with infantile diarrhea treated in our hospital from October 2013 to June 2014 were selected,who were treated with bifidobacterium triple viable and montmorillonite powder,and were as experimental group;125 cases of children with infantile diarrhea at the same time were selected as control group,who were treated with lactasinum biofermin and Vitamin B complex.The clinical effect between the two groups was compared. Results The disappearance time of abnormal stool,fever,abdominal pain,vomiting,diarrhea of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of experimental group was 97.6%,higher than 83.2% of control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of bifidobacterium triple viable and montmorillonite powder in treatment of infantile diarrhea is satisfied,is worth clinical reference and application.
