高压氧联合活血填精补肾汤治疗血管性痴呆的效果观察

Effect observation of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Huoxue Tianjing Bushen decoction in the treatment of vascular dementia

目的探讨高压氧联合活血填精补肾汤治疗血管性痴呆的临床效果。方法选取2013年4月~2014年12月本院收治的36例血管性痴呆患者作为研究对象,给予高压氧联合活血填精补肾汤进行治疗。比较治疗前后的MMSE和ADL评分。结果治疗后的MMSE量表评分及ADL量表评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。根据尼莫地平法计算分数显示,治疗后认知功能改善的总有效率为86.11%,行为能力改善的总有效率为80.56%。结论高压氧联合活血填精补肾汤是一种有效的治疗血管性痴呆方法 。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Huoxue Tianjing Bushen decoction in the treatment of vascular dementia（VD）. Methods 36 patients with VD from April 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected and treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with Huoxue Tianjing Bushen decoction.The score of MMSE and ADL before and after treatment was compared. Results The score of MMSE and ADL after treatment was higher than that before treatment,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.According to the Nimodipine method to calculate scores,the total effective rate of cognitive function improvement after treatment was 86.11%,the total effective rate of behavior ability improvement after treatment was 80.56%. Conclusion Hyperbola oxygen combined with traditional Chinese medicine is an effective method in the treatment of vascular dementia.
