雷公藤多苷片联合维胺酯胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的效果

Effect of glucosidorum tripterygll totorum combined with viaminate cap-sules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

目的探讨雷公藤多苷片联合维胺酯胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年10月~2014年10月收治的40例寻常型银屑病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各20例。对照组单纯给予口服雷公藤多苷片,观察组在对照组的基础上给予维胺酯胶囊口服。比较两组的治疗效果和不良反应发生率。结果观察组的总有效率为90%,显著高于对照组的85%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的口干、唇炎、皮肤干燥、皮肤变薄、血常规异常、胃肠道反应、肝功能异常发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论雷公藤多苷片联合维胺酯胶囊治疗寻常型银屑病的效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of glucosidorum tripterygll totorum combined with viaminate capsules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 40 patients with psoriasis vulgaris from October 2013 to October2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,20 cases in each group.The control group was given glucosidorum tripterygll totorum,the observation group was given viaminate capsules on the based of the control group.The treatment effect and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90%,which was higher than 80% of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of dry mouth,cheilitis,dry skin,thin skin,blood system abnormity,gastrointestinal reaction,liver function abnormity in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of glucosidorum tripterygll totorum combined with viaminate capsules in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is remarkable,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
