科研骨干兼任党支部书记如何做好党支部工作的研究

Research on how to do a good job of party branch work in the backbone of scientific research serves as the secretary of the party branch

党的十八大报告指出:要创新基层党建工作,夯实党执政的组织基础。中国医学科学院药物研究所根据近年来选配研究科室党支部书记及其开展工作的体会,通过对科研骨干兼任的党支部书记走访调研,对科研骨干兼任党支部书记的情况进行利弊分析,深入研究如何最大限度地发挥科研骨干兼任党支部书记的优势,不断巩固加强基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用,为科研院所各项事业的发展保驾护航。

The report of the eighteenth national congress of the Communist Party of China（CPC） pointed out that：to promote basic level party building in an innovative way and consolidate the organizational foundation for the exercise of governance by the Party.Based on the experience of recent years on appointing the secretary of CPC branch and investigation data on the backbone of scientific research who takes the position of the party branch secretary in Institute of Materia Medica of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,its advantages and disadvantages of the backbone of scientific research takes the position of party branch secretary is analyzed,research on how to maximize the advantage of the backbone of scientific research,and strengthen the battle fort function of party organization continuously,for ensuring the development of various undertakings in scientific research institute.
