新型护理发药车的研制与应用

Development and application of late-model nursing dispensing vehicle

目的探讨新型护理发药车的研制与应用。方法随机选取2013年1~12月使用传统护理发药车配送药物的86例患者作为对照组,随机选取2014年1~12月使用新型护理发药车配送药物的86例患者作为观察组,比较两组的药品遗落发生率、差错发生率、平均配送时间、护理人员满意度及患者满意度。结果观察组的药品遗落发生率、差错发生率、平均每天配送时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的护理人员满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论新型护理发药车能够消除护理安全隐患,缩短护士工作半径,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the development and application of late-model nursing dispensing vehicle. Methods86 cases used conventional nursing dispensing vehicles from January 2013 to December were selected as the control group,86 cases used late-model nursing dispensing vehicles from January 2014 to December were selected as the observation group.The incidence rate of drug leaving behind,error incidence rate,the average distribution time,the degree of nursing staff satisfaction and patient satisfaction in two groups was compared. Results The incidence rate of drug leaving behind,error incidence rate,the average distribution time in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P 0.05）.The score of nursing staff satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The late-model nursing dispensing vehicle can eliminate the hidden danger for nursing safety,shorten the working radius,improve nursing satisfaction,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
