全面护理干预对慢性支气管炎患者的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with chronic bronchitis

目的探讨全面护理干预对慢性支气管炎患者的影响。方法选取本院2012年4月~2014年4月就诊的96例慢性支气管炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用全面护理干预模式。比较两组的日常生活能力和社会活动能力评分、支气管炎症状消失时间、临床干预计划实施总时间、护理满意度。结果观察组的日常生活能力和社会活动能力评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组的护理满意度为95.83%,显著高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的支气管炎症状消失时间与临床干预计划实施总时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论全面护理干预在慢性支气管炎患者中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods 96 cases with chronic bronchitis from April 2012 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given regular nursing mode,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention mode.The score of daily life ability and social activity ability,the disappearance time of bronchitis symptoms,the total time of clinical intervention plan,the degree of nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared respectively. Results The score of daily life ability and social activity ability in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The degree of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 81.25% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The disappearance time of bronchitis symptoms and the total time of clinical intervention plan in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with chronic bronchitis is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
