联合康复法对乳腺癌术后患肢功能的影响

Influence of combined rehabilitation method on the affected limb function in patient with postoperative breast cancer

目的探讨联合康复法对乳腺癌患者术后患肢功能的影响。方法选取本院2014年1月~2015年1月收治的180例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各90例。试验组按照本科室自创的康复功能锻炼操结合康复功能锻炼仪进行康复训练,对照组按照传统功能锻炼方法进行锻炼。术后8周采用constant-Murley肩功能测定标准评价患者的患肢肌力、肩关节活动功能及生活质量。结果试验组的肩关节功能恢复优良率为92.22%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。试验组的握力指数〉50者所占比例为94.44%,显著高于对照组的78.89%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。试验组的生活自理者所占比例为93.33%,显著高于对照组的65.56%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论联合康复法能够有效地促进乳腺癌术后患肢功能的康复,提高患者的康复锻炼依从性,有助于提高其生存质量。

Objective To explore the influence of combined rehabilitation method on the affected limb function in patient with postoperative breast cancer. Methods 180 postoperative patients with breast cancer from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,90 cases in each group.The experimental group was given rehabilitation training combined with rehabilitation training instrument created by our department.The control group was given traditional functional method.The limb muscle strength,the joint function and life quality in two groups was evaluated by the constant-Murley shoulder function criteria at 8weeks after surgery. Results The excellent and good rate of shoulder joints recovery in the experimental group was92.22%,which was significantly higher than 70.00% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The proportion of grip strength index more than 50 in the experimental group was 94.44%,which was higher than 78.89% in the control group,with significant difference（P 0.05）.The proportion of life-independent in the experimental group was93.33%,which was lower than 65.56% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined rehabilitation method can effectively promote the recovery of limb function rehabilitation in patient with breast cancer,improve the rehabilitation training compliance of patient,help to improve the quality of life.
