单孔胸腔镜下非复杂胸腔手术与常规胸腔镜下手术的近期效果比较

Comparison of short-term effects between single-hole thoracoscopic uncomplex thoracic surgery and conventional thoracoscopic surgery

目的比较单孔胸腔镜下非复杂胸腔手术与常规胸腔镜下手术的效果。方法 20例采用单孔胸腔镜下肺及纵隔良性病变手术进行治疗的患者作为观察组,同期采用常规胸腔镜手术进行治疗的20例患者作为对照组。并对两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、胸管引流量、平均胸管引流时间、手术后血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平进行比较。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、胸管引流量、平均胸管引流时间及术后血清CRP水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单孔胸腔镜下手术较双孔胸腔镜下手术更佳,值得推广应用。

Objective To compare the effects between single-hole thoracoscopic uncomplex thoracic surgery and conventional thoracoscopic surgery. Methods There were 20 patients undergoing single-hole thoracoscopic surgery for benign lung and mediastinum lesions as observation group, and another 20 patients undergoing conventional thoracoscopic surgery as control group. Comparisons were made on operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, thoracic duct drainage volume, average thoracic duct drainage time, postoperative serum C-reactive protein （CRP） level between the two groups. Results The observation group had shorter operation time and average thoracic duet drainage time, less intraoperative bleeding volume and thoracic duet drainage volume, and lower postoperative serum CRP level than the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Single-hole thoracoscopic surgery provides better effect than double holes thoracoseopic surgery, and this method is worth promotion and application.
