产休一体化病房护理模式对初产妇产程的影响

Influence of labor delivery recovery ward nursing model on labor stages in primipara

目的探讨产休一体化病房护理模式对初产妇产程的影响。方法产休一体化病房的初产妇100例为观察组,普通病房分娩的初产妇100例为对照组,分析并比较两组总产程、第一产程、第二产程及第三产程的时间。结果观察组的的总产程、第一产程及第二产程显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组第三产程差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论产休一体化病房护理模式在消除初产妇的紧张、焦虑、恐惧、疼痛等心理生理方面起到了重要作用,缩短了产程,临床可积极应用。

Objective To investigate the influence of labor delivery recovery ward nursing model on labor stages in primipara. Methods There were 100 primipara in labor delivery recovery ward as observation group, and another 100 primipara in common ward as control group. The times of total labor stages, the first stage, the second stage, and the third stage of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The observation group had obviously shorter times of total labor stages, the first stage, and the second stage than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）; the difference of the third stage between the two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Labor delivery recovery ward nursing model provides important effects in eliminating mental tension, anxiety, fear, pain, and shortening labor stage as well. This method is worthy of active application.
