丹参多酚盐治疗不稳定型心绞痛的Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of Salvianolate injection on treating unstable angina pectoris

目的:评价丹参多酚盐注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效以及安全性。方法:检索并选取国内公开发表的有关丹参多酚盐注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的随机对照试验研究,采用Jadad评分法进行质量评价,运用Rev Man4.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:9项研究经Meta分析结果显示丹参多酚盐注射液提高了不稳定型心绞痛患者的临床疗效;在改善心电图方面均优于对照组。结论:丹参多酚盐注射液对不稳定型心绞痛具有一定疗效,且不良反应发生率较低,但由于现有研究质量较低,仍需要设计严格、大样本的随机对照试验加以证实。

Objective：To evaluate the efficiency and safety of Salvianolate injection on unstable angina pectoris（UAP）. Methods：Randomized controlled trials about Salvianolate injection on UAP were retrieved to screen the qualified researches. The Jadad score was used to evaluate the quality. The data was statistically analyzed by Meta-analysis. Results：9 studies were incorporated by Meta-analysis and the results showed that the treatment group was better than control group in terms of improving curative effect and improving ischemic ECG. Conclusion： Meta-analysis manifests that Salvianolate injection showed certain curative effect on UPA, and the occurrence rate of adverse drug reactions is lower. Because the quality of present researches was lower, these results should be verified by strictly-designed and large-scale sample randomized control trial.
