摘要
目的:探讨α-硫辛酸联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法:将60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予α-硫辛酸治疗联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗;对照组给予维生素B12治疗。比较两组治疗前后整体疗效情况及SCV、NCV的变化。结果:两组治疗后整体疗效情况,观察组总有效率为86.7%,有效率60.0%,无效率13.3%;对照组总有效率53.4%,有效率30.0%,无效率46.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正中神经和腓神经的SCV、NCV均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:α-硫辛酸联合黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著,安全性高,适宜临床使用。
Objective:To discuss clinical effects ofα-lipoic acid plus the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases for each. The treatment group was givenα-lipoic acid plus the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction, while the control group was given VB12. Changes of SCV, NCV and clinical effects before and after treatment were compared. Results: In the treatment group, the total efficiency was 86.7%, clinical efficacy was 60.0%, and the inefficiency was 13.3%, while in the control group, the total efficiency was 53.4%, clinical efficacy was 30.0%, and the inefficiency was 46.7%, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Level of SCV and NCV after treatment was higher than before treatment, and the level of SCV and NCV in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Clinical effects ofα-lipoic acid plus the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy were conformed with high safety, and were worthy of clinical application.
