补肝益肾法治疗肝肾亏虚型强直性脊柱炎50例

Treating 50 cases of Ganshen Kuixu type of ankylosing spondylitis by Bugan Yishen therapy

目的:观察补肝益肾法治疗肝肾亏虚型强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例强直性脊柱炎患者同时中医辨证为肝肾亏虚型的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组给予柳氮磺吡啶片0.75g,2次/d,口服;双氯芬酸钠肠溶片25mg,2次/d,口服。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药治疗,共治疗3个月。结果:对照组50例,显效12例,有效22例,无效16例,总有效率为68.0%;治疗组50例,显效20例,有效24例,无效6例,总有效率为88.0%。两组总有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肝益肾法治疗肝肾亏虚型强直性脊柱炎疗效显著。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Bugan Yishen therapy on Ganshen Kuixu type of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods：100 patients with Ganshen Kuixu type of ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 50 cases for each. The control group was given Sulfasalazine tablets 0.75 g, bid, oral;Diclofenac sodium enteric-coated tablets 25 mg, bid, oral. The treatment group was given 3 months of TCM therapy more. Results： In 50 cases of the control group, 12 cases were markedly effective, 22 cases were improved, 16 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 68.0%;while in the treatment group of 50 cases, 20 cases were markedly effective, 24 cases were improved, 6 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 88.0%, and there were significant differences in the total efficiency between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Clinical effects of Bugan Yishen therapy were confirmed.
