仙桔汤治疗慢性结肠炎疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating chronic colitis with the Xianjie decoction

目的:观察仙桔汤治疗慢性结肠炎的疗效,总结分析,帮助推广仙桔汤在临床治疗慢性结肠炎。方法:100名慢性结肠炎患者,随机分对照组、观察组。均服用柳氮磺吡啶和甲硝锉进行治疗,观察组格外服用仙桔汤进行治疗,以2周为1个疗程,两组患者均进行3个疗程的治疗,期间跟踪记录其症状改善情况,停药6个月后统计对比治疗效果。结果:观察组患者使用仙桔汤治疗4周后,腹泻、便秘,便血、里急后重、全身乏力、精神萎靡等现象有明显改善,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组停药6个月后有41例患者治愈,治愈率达到82%,显著高于对照组。结论:仙桔汤在慢性结肠炎的临床治疗中有很好的使用价值,在临床工作中值得推广。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the Xianjie decoction on chronic colitis. Methods：100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, all were given Sulfasalazine and Metronidazole, and the observation group was given the Xianjie decoction more. Results：In 4 weeks, variety of clinical symptoms in the observation group were improved compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After 6 months for medication cease, 41 cases were cured;the curative rate was 82%, obviously higher than that in the control. Conclusion：The Xianjie decoction showed good effects and was worthy of promotion in clinic.
