肱骨小骨头骨折应用中医配合中药方案治疗临床观察

Clinical observation on treating humeral head fractures in TCM

目的:观察应用中医配合中药方案治疗肱骨小骨头骨折的临床效果。方法:选取我院2012年2月-2013年2月收治的40例肱骨小骨头骨折患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,对照组患者行中医手法复位治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上配合中药治疗,对两组治疗效果及并发症情况进行比较。结果:观察组治疗总有效率95%,对照组治疗总有效率75%,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:中医手法复位配合中药治疗效果明确,并发症少,值得在肱骨小骨头骨折治疗中进一步应用。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of TCM on humeral head fractures. Methods：40 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given massage; another was given TCM medicine more. Clinical effects and complications in two groups were compared. Results：The total efficacy in the observation （95%） was obviously higher than that （75%） in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Massage plus TCM medicine were confirmed with good clinical efficacy and few complications on hemorrhagic stroke, and were worthy of clinical promotion.
