养血清脑颗粒和赛庚啶联合治疗偏头痛65例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 65 cases of migraine with Yangxue Qingnao granule plus Cyproheptadine

目的:观察养血清脑颗粒联合赛庚啶治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法:130例偏头痛患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各65例,治疗组采用养血清脑颗粒和赛庚啶联合治疗,对照组采用赛庚啶治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为89.23%和72.31%,两组疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养血清脑颗粒和赛庚啶联合治疗偏头痛疗效明显,优于单一用药。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Yangxue Qingnao granule plus Cyproheptadine on migraine. Methods：130 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group, 65 cases for each. The treatment group was given Yangxue Qingnao granule plus Cyproheptadine, while the control group was given Cyproheptadine. Results： The totel efficiency in the treatment group （89.23%） was significantly better than that （72.31%） in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical efficacy of Yangxue Qingnao granule plus Cyproheptadine on migraine was confirmed, and better than monotherapy.
