补阳还五汤合VSD技术治疗糖尿病足的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating diabetic foot with the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus VSD

目的:观察中西医结合、内外科结合治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法:将105例糖尿病足患者随机分为两组,治疗组均予相同的基础治疗,治疗组加用补阳还五汤原方口服,溃疡创面感染控制后行VSD技术。结果:治疗组总有效率86.6%,对照组总有效率70%。结论:补阳还五汤联合VSD技术治疗糖尿病足能明显提高疗效。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus VSD on diabetic foot. Methods： 105 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given routine treatment, and the treatment group was given the Buyang Huanwu decoction plus VSD. Results：The total efficacy was 86.6%in the treatment group;it was 70%in the control. Conclusion：The Buyang Huanwu decoction plus VSD showed good effects.
