土家医治疗桡骨远端骨折护理疗效观察

Clinical nursing effective observation on treating distal radius fractures in Tujia medicine

目的：总结土家医治疗桡骨远端骨折护理疗效的观察。方法：回顾性分析54例桡骨远端骨折病人土家医治疗封刀接骨法的临床资料。结果：本组54例病人随访4-10个月，均无并发症及后遗症发生，肢体功能均恢复良好。结论：土家中药熏蒸、土家活血接骨膏一口红外敷护理干预能促进桡骨远端骨折愈合，减轻病人疼痛程度并有利于腕关节功能的恢复。

Objective：To summarize effects of Tujia medicine nursing on distal radius fractures. Methods：54 patients were treated by Fengdao Jiegu therapy, results were recorded. Results：54 patients were followed up in 4-10 months;there no complication and sequel, and shows good recovery in limb function. Conclusion： Through Tujia medicine fumigation and Tujia Huoxue Jiegu Gao nursing, distal radius fracture was cured, the degree of pain was less, and wrist function was resumed.
