摘要
功能性消化不良(Functional Dyspepsia,FD)是针灸临床常见的消化系疾病和多发病。近年来大量的临床实践和动物实验证实了针刺对胃肠运动具有良好的调节作用,但其作用机制目前尚不十分清楚,文章从神经系统和胃肠激素这方面就针刺对胃运动作用的机制和调节作一论述。
Functional dyspepsia is a common digestive disease in acupuncture clinic. In recent years, a large number of clinical practice and animal experiments confirmed that acupuncture shows good regulation effects on gastrointestinal motility, but its mechanism still unclear. Based on nervous system and gastrointestinal hormones, effects of acupuncture were reviewed in this paper.
