摘要
近来研究表明,脑缺血发生后,神经受损区域通过血管新生(angiogenesis),改善缺血区局血液供应,帮助缺损神经功能恢复,但机制不详。整合素(integrin)是分布在细胞表面的跨膜糖蛋白,其中αvβ3是整合素家族中的重要成员,近年来被认为是一种血管新生的标志,而FAK(focal adhesion kinase)则为整合素αvβ3介导血管新生的下游信号因子。因此应明确整合素在血管新生中的地位作用,为今后的研究治疗提供方向。
Recent studies have shown that local blood supply of ischemic area and recovery of neurological defects were improved by angiogenesis in nerve damage area after cerebral ischemia, but the mechanism was unclear. Integrin was transmembrane glycoprotein on the cell surface, andαvβ3 was regarded as the sign of angiogenesis, FAK was the downstream signaling factor ofαvβ3-mediated angiogenesis. The position of integrin in angiogenesis should be confirmed, it could provide research direction in the future.
