逍遥丸合百乐眠胶囊治疗肝气郁结型抑郁症30例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 30 cases of depression with Xiaoyao Wan plus Bailemian capsule

目的:观察逍遥丸合百乐眠胶囊治疗肝气郁结型抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)(24项)筛选抑郁症患者,同时符合中医肝气郁结证者总计60例,随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例,疗程均为8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)(24项)评定临床疗效,副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:逍遥丸合百乐眠胶囊治疗组与氟西汀胶囊对照组疗效相当,但治疗组的不良反应少,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥丸合百乐眠胶囊治疗肝气郁结型抑郁症疗效好,副作用少,适合临床应用。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of Xiaoyao Wan plus Bailemian capsule on depression. Methods：patients with depression were selected, all were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases for each. Clinical effects were evaluated by HAMD, side reactions were recorded by TESS. Results：effects of Xiaoyao Wan plus Bailemian capsule were equal to the control, while the control has less side reaction, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Xiaoyao Wan plus Bailemian capsule has good effects and less side reactions, was worthy of application.
