益气活血中药联合胰岛素治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Yiqi Huoxue medicine plus insulin

目的:观察益气活血中药联合胰岛素治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法:将我院100例DPN患者分为治疗组50例与对照组50例,对照组采取常规胰岛素治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用益气活血中药。比较两组患者神经传导功能改善情况及疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为92.0%,显著高于对照组的68.0%,具有统计学意义。结论:采用中药联合胰岛素治疗DPN,效果满意,能明显改善末梢神经的代谢、传导功能,从而达到治疗目的。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of Yiqi Huoxue medicine plus insulin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods：100 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given conventional insulin therapy;another was given Yiqi Huoxue medicine more. Nerve conduction improvement and efficacy in two groups were compared. Results：The total efficacy in the treatment group was 92.0%, significantly higher than 68.0%in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM medicine plus insulin shows satisfactory results, can significantly improve metabolic peripheral nerve conduction function, so as to achieve therapeutic purposes.
