摘要
目的:观察心理干预结合保胎安神法对早期复发性流产治愈率的影响。方法:将80例早期RSA患者随机分为2组,各40例,治疗组采用心理干预结合中药保胎安神法,对照组单独采用中药,观察治愈率。结果:治疗组有效率87.5%,对照组有效率70%(P<0.05)。结论:采用心理干预疗法配合药物治疗可以影响RSA患者复发性流产妊娠结局,但本课题有待大样本的临床观察。
Objective：To observe clinical effect of Baotai Anshen therapy plus psychological intervention on RSA in early stage. Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases）. The treatment group was given Baotai Anshen therapy plus psychological intervention; another was given TCM medicine solo. The curative rate was observed. Results： The total efficacy in the treatment group was 87.5%, in another was 70% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Baotai Anshen therapy plus psychological intervention could influence pregnancy outcome on RSA in early stage. However, the research needs a large sample of clinical observation.
