中药辅助治疗输卵管炎症100例临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating 100 cases of tubal inflammation in TCM

目的：运用中医中药方法对女性输卵管疾病进行辅助治疗。方法：将100例患者随机分为两组，对照组采用常规西医疗法通液治疗，实验组在常规治疗基础上，加服中药汤剂进行辅助治疗。结果：通过对比可以发现，实验组显效率及总有效率明显高于对照组，治疗平均降低2d。轻中度炎症一般用药2-3个疗程，患者的情况即可得到明显改善。对于重度输卵管阻塞患者，用药3个疗程经检查，患者与用药前造影结果比较，粘连及堵塞程度明显减轻，通水压力显著减小，治疗效果令人满意。

Objective：Female tubal disease was treated with TCM medicine therapy. Methods：100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine western medicine treatment;while the experimental group was given TCM medicine more. Results：In the treatment group, the total efficiency was significantly better than that in the control group, and treatment time was reduced 2 days. With 2-3 courses of treatment, patients with mild to moderate inflammatory were improved obviously. With 3 courses of treatment for Patients with severe tubal obstruction, adhesions, clogging degree and water pressure significantly were reduced, and efficacy is satisfied.
