阿托伐他汀联合参麦注射液对慢性心功能不全患者的影响

Effects of Atorvastatin plus Shenmai injection on chronic heart failure

目的:探讨阿托伐他汀联合参麦注射液治疗慢性心功能不全的疗效。方法:97例患者分成2组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组加用阿托伐他汀和参麦注射液,观察疗效以及部分临床指标的影响。结果:观察组总有效率91.8%,明显优于对照组77.8%(P<0.05)。两组LVEF、LVEDD和Hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),尤其观察组的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。无明显的不良反应。结论:阿托伐他汀联合参麦注射液治疗慢性心功能不全,临床疗效明显,副作用少。

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of Atorvastatin plus Shenmai injection on chronic heart failure. Methods： 97 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control was given routine treatment, the observation was given Atorvastatin plus Shenmai injection. Results： the total efficacy in the observation was 91.8%, better than that （77.8%） in another （P〈0.05）. LVEF？LVEDD 和Hs-CRP？IL-6？TNF-α level in two groups were obviously better than before （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, especially in the observation （P〈0.05）, and no side reactions exit. Conclusion： Atorvastatin plus Shenmai injection has obvious effects and less side reactions.
