导赤散加减治疗老年人尿路感染130例

Treating 130 cases of elderly urinary tract infections with Daochi power

目的:观察导赤散加减治疗老年人尿路感染的临床疗效。方法:130例患者随机分为治疗组70例,对照组60例,治疗组及对照组均采用国产左氧氟沙星注射液,治疗组以中药导赤散加减进行治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率及总有效率均优于对照组,组间比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:导赤散加减治疗老年人尿路感染疗效确切。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of Daochi Power on elderly urinary tract infections. Methods：130 patients were divided into the treatment group （70 cases） and the control group （60 cases）, two groups were given Levofloxacin injection, the treatment group was given Daochi power more. Results：The cured rate and total effective in the treatment were better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Clinical effects of Daochi power were confirmed.
