养阴清肺饮超声雾化吸入治疗咳痰喘103例临床研究

Clinical research on treating 103 cases of expectoration asthma by Yangyin qingfei Yin ultrasound inhalation

目的:探讨纯中药养阴清肺饮超声雾化吸入治疗不同类型咳痰喘临床疗效。方法:对103例不同病因致患者咳痰喘纯中药与常规西药雾化吸入合剂进行回顾性随机对照分析研究,结果:纯中药养阴清肺饮治疗咳痰喘临床效果明显优于西药雾化吸入合剂,在此基础上无一例出现药物过敏,疗效确切,方法简便易行,增加用药安全,患者易于接受,明显降低西药使用成本,避免患者因常规使用西药雾化吸入合剂而出现的难以避免的过敏等诸多并发症,并为研制中药雾化吸入制剂的临床使用开辟新的临床途径,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To discuss clinical effects of TCM medicine ultrasound inhalation on various of expectoration asthma. Methods：63 patients was given the integrative medicine, results were retrospected. Results：Effects of TCM medicine ultrasound inhalation was better without allergy. The therapy was easy to operate and accept, can avoid complications such as allergy, supply new thought for further application ,was worthy of promotion.
