Exploration of complexity of TCM clinical thinking cultivation model

目的:探索中医临证复杂性思维的培养模式。方法:从复杂性科学的角度,结合中国模式和圣菲模式,进行中医临证复杂性思维的探讨。结果:以人机结合为基本手段;并行级差扫描为基本策略;医患互动为基本途径;综合集成为基本方法的模式,从四个角度来进行中医临证思维的培养和锻炼。适应复杂的中医临床工作,是培养复杂性思维的重要方法。

Objective：To explore the cultivation model of complexity of TCM clinical thinking. Methods：From the perspective of complexity science, combined with China＇s model and the Santa fe model, complexity of TCM clinical thinking was discussed. Results：Man-machine combination as the basic means, parallel differential scanning as the basic strategy, doctor-patient interaction as the basic way, comprehensive integration of the basic method of patterns, from four angles to the training of TCM clinical thinking and exercise, can adapt to the complex of traditional Chinese medicine clinical work, is an important way to cultivate complexity thinking.
