护理质量评价在中医护理管理中的应用价值分析

Evaluation of the nursing quality in TCM nursing management

目的:对护理质量评价在中医护理管理中的应用价值进行分析和探讨。方法:将随机抽取的两个科室的临床护理人员作为本次研究的具体对象,按照科室进行分组。一组为对照组,在护理管理中对护理人员采用常规的护理管理模式。另一组为观察组,在护理管理中对护理人员采用护理治疗评价的管理模式。半年时间以后,对两组临床护理人员的护理技术的应用、患者满意度以及护理质量进行评分比较。结果:经过半年时间的护理质量观察,观察组护理人员的临床护理技术采用、患者满意度以及护理质量评分方面都优于对照组,差异较明显(P<0.05)具统计学意义。结论:护理质量评分的应用能够有效提高相关工作人员的工作积极性和主动性,从而有效的提高中医护理管理的质量和效率,使中医护理的优势在护理工作中得以更充分的发挥。

Objective：To analyze and discuss the application value of the nursing quality evaluation in TCM nursing management. Methods： Nurses from two departments were divided into two groups according to different departments. The control group was given routine care management model;while another was given care and treatment evaluation management model. After half one year, clinical nursing care technology applications, patient satisfaction and quality of care scores were analyzed. Results： Clinical nursing care technology applications, patient satisfaction and quality of care scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Application of nursing quality scores could promote the enthusiasm and initiative of the relevant staff, thus effectively improve the quality and efficiency of care and management of TCM medicine, so that the advantages of TCM medicine care in nursing work can be more fully exploited.
