股骨远端骨折应用逆行交锁髓内钉疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating distal femoral fractures with retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail

目的:探讨股骨远端骨折应用逆行交锁髓内钉的治疗效果。方法:将我院近年来收治的80例股骨远端骨折患者随机分为观察组与参考组,各为40例,两组患者分别采用逆行交锁髓内钉及动力踝螺治疗,对两组患者手术情况及术后恢复情况进行观察。结果:两组患者手术时间、术中出血量等比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组平均愈合时间明显短于参考组(P<0.05);两组患者患者治疗总有效率分别为92.5%、67.5%,患者并发症发生率分别为5%、17.5%,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折具有手术创伤小、术后并发症少、愈合率高等优势,可在股骨远端骨折治疗中使用。

Objective：To discuss clinical effects of retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail on distal femoral fractures. Methods：80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases for each, two groups were given retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail and dynamic ankle-Lo respectively. Status in two groups were observed. Results： Operative time, blood loss in two groups has no statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the average healing time in the observation was obviously shorter （P〈0.05）; the total efficacy in two groups was 92.5% and 67.5%, the incidence of complications was 5% and 17.5%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail has small surgical trauma, fewer complications and higher healing rate, can be applied in the treatment.
