乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检的研究进展

A review on sentinel lymph node biopsy in breast cancer

目的:探讨乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检(SLNB)技术的研究现状和进展。方法:查阅近年来国内外有关文献,对乳腺癌SLNB的定位、术中评估、适应证和禁忌症进行分析。结果:乳腺癌SLNB能够准确定位、检取前哨淋巴结。SLNB能够准确判断腋窝分期,指导选择性地腋窝淋巴结清扫。结论:SLNB技术已成为乳腺癌外科治疗的重要手段,通过SLNB来预测腋窝淋巴结是否有转移,从而避免没有转移的腋窝淋巴结的手术清扫,缩短手术时间,减少患者术后患肢水肿、疼痛等并发症,明显提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To investigate progress of sentinel lymph node biopsy （SLNB） in breast cancer. Methods：SLNB positioning, intraoperative assessment, indications and contraindications were analyzed according to literatures. Results：SLNB can accurately locate, seize the sentinel lymph node; can accurately determine the axillary staging, guide axillary lymph node dissection. Conclusion： SLNB technique has become an important means for breast cancer, because it can predict whether axillary lymph node metastasis, shorten the operation time and reduce postoperative limb edema, pain and other complications, significantly improve the quality of life.
