摘要
目的:观察慢性心力衰竭患者血CRP、HCY浓度的变化,与患者心功能改善的相关性,并观察丹参酮磺酸注射液增加心肌供血,改善心脏功能的疗效。方法:采用全自动生化分析仪检测血CRP、HCY浓度变化,观察心衰患者与心功能正常患者CRP、HCY浓度变化与慢性心衰患者心功能变化的相关性。并将确诊为冠心病心衰患者分为治疗组(36人)和对照组(30人),两组在同等的抗心衰治疗基础上,治疗组加用丹参酮磺酸钠注射液10 ml,每日1次静脉滴注,14 d为1个疗程,结束后评定治疗前后两组的疗效及血CRP、HCY浓度的变化。结果:与正常对照组和冠心病心功能正常组相比较,慢性心衰组CRP、HCY浓度明显升高。治疗后慢性心力衰竭治疗组总有效率90.9%,对照组总有效率72.7%(p<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者存在非特异性炎症反应,血浆CRP、HCY浓度与患者心功能密切相关。丹参酮磺酸钠注射液可以明显改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,其机制可能是增加心肌供血,抑制炎症反应,减轻心肌细胞水肿有关。
Objective: To observe the change of serum CRP, HCY concentration in patients with chronic heart failure, the correlation with improvement of the heart function of patients and observe the effect of tanshinone sulfonic acid injection on increasing myocardial blood supply and improving cardiac function. Methods: the blood CRP, HCY concentration was measured by automatic biochemical analyzer, so as to observe the correlation between the changes of CRP and HCY concentration of patients with heart failure and patients with normal cardiac function and the changes of cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure. Patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease with heart failure were divided into treatment group (36 people) and control group (30 people). On the basis of same anti heart failure treatment, the treatment group was treated with 10 ml tanshinone sulfonic acid injection, once a day for static point, 1 period of treatment was 14 days. After treatment, the curative efficacy and the changes of CRP and HCY concentration before and after treatment of the two groups were assessed. Results:Compared with the normal control group and coronary heart disease with normal heart function group, the CRP and HCY concentration of the chronic heart failure group were significantly increased. After the treatment, the total effective rate of chronic heart failure group was 90.91%, the control group 72.73%(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Nonspecific inflammation reaction exists in patients with chronic heart failure. The plasma CRP, HCY concentration and cardiac function of patients were closely related. Tanshinone sulfonic acid sodium injection can significantly improve cardiac function of patients with chronic heart failure and the mechanism may be related to increasing myocardial blood supply, inhibiting the inflammatory reaction and reducing myocardial cell edema.
