中西医结合防治冠心病临床效果探讨

Discussion on Clinical Effect of Integrative Treatment of Chinese and Western Medicine on Coronary Heart Disease

目的 :研究对冠心病患者行中西医结合防治的临床效果。方法 :对照组采用西医方式治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加入中医辨证治疗。对比两组患者血脂控制效果以及治疗效果差异性。结果 :两组患者治疗后血脂情况均有所改善,观察组改善程度更大(p<0.05);治疗效果上对照组总有效率仅为86%,观察组达到96%,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 :在西医基础上加用中医辨证方式加减治疗能够更有效防治冠心病,改善临床症状,优化血脂情况,具有临床推广价值。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of integrative treatment of Chinese and western medicine on preventing and treating coronary heart disease. Methods：The control group was treated with western medicine. The observation group, on basis of the control group, was treated by syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. The effect on controlling blood lipid of the two groups were compared. Results：After treatment, the blood lipid of both two groups were improved,but the improvement of the observation group was better （P 〈0.05）;On curative effect, the total effective rate of the control group was 86%, the observation group 96%. The difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：On the basis of western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine can effectively prevent and treat coronary heart disease,improve the clinical symptoms and blood lipid state, so it is worth of clinical promotion.
