补阳还五汤配合针灸治疗脑中风后遗症64例疗效分析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of treatment of 64 cases with stroke sequelae by Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion

目的:观察补阳还五汤配合针灸在治疗脑中风后遗症中的治疗效果。方法:我院在2012年6月—2014年6月共收治960例脑中风后遗症患者,本次研究选取其中64例患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组使用西药进行治疗,治疗组使用补阳还五汤与针灸进行治疗,两组患者均进行4周的治疗,观察患者的临床治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为30例(93.75%),对照组治疗总有效率为23(71.87%),治疗组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组之间的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),而且治疗组患者并未出现不良反应。结论:使用补阳还五汤配合针灸,在治疗脑中风后遗症患者中,治疗效果优异,无不良反应,适合进行临床推广。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of stroke sequelae. Methods： 960 cases of patients with stroke sequela in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, patients in the control group were treated with western medicine , while patients in the treatment group were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture. Two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks and the clinical therapeutic effects were observed. Results：The total effective number of the treatment group was 30 cases （93.75%）, 23 cases （71.87%） in the control group, the curative effect of the treatment group patients was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）, without adverse reaction in the treatment group. Conclusion： Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has excellent treatment effect on patients with stroke sequela without adverse reactions which is suitable for clinical promotion.
