清热解毒、凉血化瘀治疗温病湿热证的实验研究

Experimental study of heat clearing and detoxicating, cooling blood to remove blood stasis in treating damp heat syndrome.

目的:分析清热解毒、凉血化瘀治疗温病湿热证的试验研究,并从多个角度分析温病湿热证。方法:选取2012年2月-2014年1月我院收治的温病湿热证患者100例,依据随机原则分为治疗组与对照组各50例,比较两组中的治疗温病湿热证的疗效及患者恢复情况。结果:通过比较治疗组和对照组相关数据及临床疗效,得出对照组ET、TNF、IL-1含量明显低于治疗组以及治疗组总有效率94%高于对照组总有效率70%。结论:通过给患者采用清热解毒、凉血化瘀进行治疗,能有效提高药物的疗效并最大程度减短患者病期,应当重视其临床治疗的实验研究。

Objective：To test and analysis of heat clearing and detoxicating, cooling blood to remove blood stasis in treating damp heat syndrome of damp heat syndrome, and analysis from several angles. Methods：100 patients with damp heat syndrome from 2012 February-2014 year in January in our hospital patients, according to the principle of random divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group, and the curative effect were compared between the two groups in the treatment of damp heat recovery. Results：By comparing the treatment group and the control group of related data and clinical effect, obtains the control group ET, TNF, IL-1 content was significantly lower than the treatment group and the treatment group total effectiveness is 94%higher than that of the control group, the total efficiency of 70%. Conclusion：For the patients treated by using heat clearing and detoxicating, cooling blood to remove blood stasis, and can effectively improve the effect of the medicine and the greatest degree reduced in patients with stage of disease, should pay attention to the clinical treatment of experimental study.
