扶正解毒丸治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎300例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Curative Effect of Fuzheng Jiedu Pill on Treatment of 300 cases of Chronic Hepatitis B

目的:观察扶正解毒丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:将我院肝病科门诊500例明确诊断的慢性乙型肝炎患者,随机分为研究组和治疗组,治疗组给予口服扶正解毒丸口服,对照组给予口服双虎清肝颗粒口服,两组疗程均为3个月。结果:疗程结束后,两组患者症状均有改善。治疗组总有效率为88%,对照组总有效率79%。两组总有效率比较P<0.01,差异有非常显著性意义。结论:扶正解毒丸是治疗慢性乙型肝炎的有效药物。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Fuzheng Jiedu pill on the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods：500 patients diagnosed as chronic hepatitis B in liver disease department of our hospital were ,randomly divided into study group and control group. Patients in the treatment group orally took Fuzheng Jiedu pill and patients in the control group orally took Shuanghu Qinggan granule.The two groups were treated for three months. Results：After the treatment, symptoms of patients of both two groups were improved. The total effective rate of treatment group was 88%, the control group 79%. For the comparison of total effective rate of the two groups, P〈0.01, the difference was significant. Conclusion：Fuzheng Jiedu pill is an effective drug for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.
