射频消融加中药熏蒸腰部治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨射频消融加中药熏蒸腰部治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月—2014年9月在我院就诊腰椎间盘突出的患者共70例作为研究对象,将患者分为观察组(37例)和对照组(33例)。两组患者均予以射频消融治疗,观察组患者在此基础上予以中药熏蒸腰部,对照组进行术后适量腰背肌功能锻炼。结果:观察组患者平均VAS评分(1.34±0.15)分优于对照组(2.02±0.24)分(t=14.214,P<0.05)。观察组Macnab评价结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:射频消融加中药熏蒸腰部对腰椎间盘突出治疗有良好效果。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation and waist medicine fumigation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods:70 cases with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation from January 2014 to September 2014 in our hospital were divided into two groups,the observation group (37 cases) and the control group (33 cases). All patients were given radiofrequency ablation, patients in the observation group were given Traditional Chinese Medicine fumigation on waist, an appropriate amount of back muscle exercise for the control group after .operation. Results:The mean VAS score of patients in the observation group (1.34 ± 0.15) was better than that of the control group (2.02 ± 0.24) (t=14.214, P〈0.05). Macnab evaluation result of the observation group was better than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation and waist medicine fumigation have excellent curative effect on the lumbar disc herniation.
