小针刀结合综合康复治疗对运动员脊柱侧弯症的疗效观察

Curative observation on treatment of Scoliosis Athletes by small needle knife combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy

目的:探讨小针刀结合综合康复治疗对运动员脊柱侧弯症的治疗效果。方法:选取我院自2011年7月—2013年7月间收治的脊柱侧弯运动员20例作为研究对象,回顾性分析其资料,均采用小针刀结合综合康复的方法进行治疗,对比其治疗前后的Cobb's角的变化情况,VAS疼痛评分情况、功能变化ODI评分状况。结果:治疗之后该组患者的VAS疼痛评分、ODI评分、功能评分和Cobb's角等变化情况,均明显优于治疗之前,两组数据对比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在治疗运动员脊柱侧弯症时采用小针刀联合综合康复治疗能够快速缓解患者的疼痛状况,提高生活质量,疗效显著,因此非常值得推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the treatment effect of small needle knife combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for Scoliosis Athletes. Methods：In our hospital from July, 2011 to July, 2013, the medical data of 20 cases of scoliosis athletes as the object of study was retrospectively analyzed who were treated with small knife needle combined with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, the changes of Cobb ＆#39;contrast s angle, VAS pain score, ODI score function were compared before and after the treatment. Results：After the treatment of this group of patients, the VAS pain score, ODI score, function score and Cobb ＆#39;s angle variations, were significantly better than those before treatment, with a significant difference between the two groups of data comparison, P 〈0.05. Conclusion：The application of small needle knife combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can quickly relieve the pain of scoliosis athletes, improve the quality of life with remarkable curative effect,which is very worthy of promotion.
