下关穴深刺治疗原发性三叉神经痛即时止痛效果观察

Observation of Immediate Analgesic Effect of Deep Needling on Xiaguan Point on Treatment of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

目的:评价深刺下关穴治疗原发性三叉神经痛急性发作时的即时止痛效果。方法:选取符合纳入标准病例56例,随机分成试验组及对照组,试验组采用深刺下关穴方案治疗,对照组采用常规针刺方法,各留针30 min,出针后测定即时疗效。结果:治疗后试验组疗效总有效率高达88.46%;VAS评分改善明显,前后对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:深刺下关穴治疗原发性三叉神经痛即时疗效显著,且该方法取穴精炼,操作简单,适于临床推广应用。

Objective：To evaluate the immediate analgesic effect of deep needling on Xiaguan point on treatment of acute attack of primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods：56 patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with deep needling on Xiaguan point and the control group was treated with conventional cupuncture. Both two groups retained the needle for 30 minutes. when the needle withdrew, the immediate effect was determined. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group was up to 88.46%; the VAS improved significantly. The difference between before and after treatment was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The immediate effect of deep needling on Xiaguan point on treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia was significant. It is easy to operate and is worth of clinical promotion.
