电针治疗偏头痛60例疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Electroacupuncture on 60 cases of Migraine

目的：观察电针治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为电针组和普通针刺组。两组选穴均以循经（手足少阳经）取穴为主，以经络辨证为辅，辨证施治，随证加减。主穴分两组，每次3～5穴，随证配穴。用强刺激手法，以“得气”为度。电针组在普通针刺的基础上，主穴连接电针。两组患者均10 d为1个疗程，3个疗程后观察疗效，随访半年。结果：电针组：痊愈10例，显效10例，有效9例，总有效率为97%；普通针刺组：痊愈3例，显效12例，有效10例，总有效率为83%。电针组总有效率高于普通针刺组。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：电针治疗偏头痛疗效显著。

Objective：To observe clinical curative effect of electroacupuncture on treatment of migraine. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group. The acupoints of the two groups are mainly selected along the meridian （Shaoyang meridian of hand and foot） and supplemented by syndrome differentiation of meridians and collaterals,, treatment based on syndrome differentiation, variation of composition with syndrome. The main points are divided into two groups. Each time took 3 to 5 points. The points were selected according to syndrome. With strong stimulation practices,the acupuncture was operated to“Deqi”for degree. The electroacupuncture group, on bassis of common acupuncture, the electric needle was connected to the main points. All patients of the two groups took 10 days as a course of treatment. The curative effect was observed, after 3 courses of treatment and the patients were followed up for six months. Results：In electroacupuncture group, 10 cases recovered, 10 cases had marked effect, 9 cases had effect and the total effective rate was 97%. In conventional acupuncture group, 3 recovered, 12 cases had marked effect, 10 cases had effect and the total effective rate was 83%. The total effective rate of the electroacupuncture group was higher than that of the conventional acupuncture group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The electric acupuncture treatment has remarkable curative effect on migraine.
