摘要
利用Matlab遗传算法工具箱对ZM2560型超静定液压支架顶梁进行了优化设计,建立了顶梁优化设计的数学模型。在保证顶梁强度的条件下,减小了顶梁截面面积,减轻了顶梁重量。此方法同样适用于超静定液压支架其它部件的优化设计,为液压支架整体优化设计提供参考。
Hyperstatic hydraulic support beam of ZM2560 type is optimized by using the Matlab genetic algorithm toolbox, in ensuring the beam intensity, beam cross section area and the weight of the roof beam is reduced. The mathematical model for optimization design of the top beam was established.Optimization design of this method is also applicable to other components of hyperstatic hydraulic support, providing reference for the overall optimization design of hydraulic support.
