摘要 针对现有矿用电机保护灵敏度差、可靠性差等不足,提出了一种新型的矿用电机智能监测保护系统,该系统以TI公司的TMS320F28335为控制核心,采用光电编码器采集电机转速,以专用集成电路KYl01为核心,同时配合使用零序互感器,共同组成漏电监测电路。同时也解决了电机过流、欠流、堵转、短路等问题,具有稳定性好,可靠性高等优点。 This paper proposes a new type of intelligent monitoring mine motor protection system,the system take TI company's DSP TMS320F28335 as control core, Using photoelectric encoder collection motor speed. Using KYl01 application-specific integrated circuit and the zero sequence current transformer as leakage monitoring circuit. Also solved problem of motor over-current, owe-current,locked-rotor, short circuit, has a good stability, high reliability, etc.
