摘要
开采急倾斜煤层,工作面沿煤层走向方向水平布置,刮板输送机所需铺设长度为煤层厚度,若用低速大扭矩乳化液马达直接驱动刮板输送机运输,其驱动扭矩、每转排量、所需功率都随短刮板输送机铺设长度增加而增加。介绍了其计算方法,也为确定低速大扭矩乳化液马达外形尺寸及配套选型设计提供了理论依据。
Mining in steeply inclined coal seam working face coal seam thickness, along thedirection of horizontal, scraper conveyor required laying length for coal seam thickness, if use low-speed big torque motor emulsion direct drive scraper conveyortransport,its driving torque,displacement, each turn required power with shortscraper conveyor laying length increased. Introduced the method of calculation, but also provides a theoretical basis for the determination of low speed and high torque motor emulsion size and mating type design.
