摘要
目前检验室内关于液压支架用软管低温曲挠试验的检测设备是通过人工手动操作完成软管弯曲,劳动强度大。针对这种情况,研制了一套操控精确、自动化控制、技术先进的液压支架用软管低温曲挠试验装置。详细介绍了该试验装置的组成、机械结构和测控系统。本试验装置极大提升了该检测项目的测试水平和技术。
At present, the Hose kit for powered support is bent by the testing equipment through manual operation during the subambient temperature flexibility tests. Labor intensity is great. To improve this situation, we developed a set of automatic controlled and advanced technology device which will be operated more accurately in the tests. This text describes in detail about the structure of the testing device. The using of the device will greatly enhancequality and technology of the test.
